I’m a wife and proud mom of two kiddos. We live in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I’ve built a successful career (over 15 years) in marketing and most recently hold the title of Marketing Manager. My husband, Mike, works as a software engineer.

Despite our successful careers, my husband and I have struggled with managing our finances. We both grew up in families where money was tight, and we never learned proper financial management skills. We’ve accumulated tons of debt over the years, and unfortunately, this has led to not-so-pleasant conversations about money.

I’m is determined to turn our financial situation around and ensure that my family is secure for the future. I’ve been reading personal finance blogs and books, and am super eager to learn more. This is my place to share everything I learn with you!

Some of our goals include creating and sticking to a budget, pay off our debt, and start saving for retirement and our children’s education.

I’m pretty tech-savvy and love to research and compare financial products and services online. I’ve also become interested in learning about investing and building wealth over the long term.
